
I filtered the log for lines with "Event Log:", "SSH2_MSG_SERVICE", or "SSH2_MSG_USERAUTH" in them to show what is going on when I connected to 3 different devices. I used plink to attempt to authenticate over ssh, and then run a command (logout). I had a theory, and tonight I tested a bit to see if I can guess what is happening.
